Story: After the dissolution of StormWatch from the disaster with the aliens [1], Jackson King and Christine Trelane started the Monarchy [2]. The details have not been revealed but one day while being onboard the Carrier, King was contacted by a group called the Weavers who made him an offer he couldn't refuse [3].
The Monarchy took care of threats from alternate realities and the places in between, like the Bleed. The Monarchy was last seen after stopping the Axis Olympia in 2002 [3], and must be assumed to have been discontinued as King and Trelane were a part of starting up StormWatch Post Human Division in 2006 [4].
