Story: Only very little has been revealed about Caleb. Jackson King rescued him from somebody named Doc Osiris, who found him in bed with his daughters, which is where he met King. When Jackson King started the Monarchy, Caleb, codenamed Condition Red, was one of the members of the team [1].
Condition Red was last seen after stopping the Axis Olympia in 2002 [2], and his current whereabouts are unknown.
Equipment: Spirit rifle with the ability to remove souls from bodies. Some type of teleportation device that looks like red smoke when being used. The device allows travels between dimensions and the places in-between, like the Bleed.
