Story: Bob lives on the bottom of Kapupu Lagoon, where he feeds on garbage, small anchors, handguns, and whatever else might sink down to him. His ability to eat garbage has proven to be useful, and he is therefore often invited to parties to reduce the amount of cleaning afterwards. His tongue is always hanging out and his bug eyes are never quite lined up. Mostly he communicates in burps and grunts.
