Story: Bill was a part of the Brotherhood. While he was a part of the Brotherhood, he volunteered for some genetic experiments, which made him extremely strong. He was also Nathalie Cushlin's lover until he left her for Desirée Hopewell [1]. For a while he worked undercover for the US government helping Desirée escaping the Brotherhood. His cover was ultimately blown and he was captured by the Brotherhood [2].
After his capture by the Brotherhood he was brainwashed and helped catching Desirée. Just before she was about to be sacrificed to release her dragon spirit, Bill started shaking off the programming and was killed immediately by Nathalie before he could help Desirée [3].
