Story: Diana Hunter was an investigator, loaned from NSC to INQUEST to investigate the X-O armor [1]. She did suceed in tracking down James Laidlaw, the leader of Project: X-O and tried to blackmail him into cooperation [2]. The plan was foiled when Laidlaw went to the President and revealed the project [3].
