Story: Citadel was an arms-dealer and the leader of the Hard Corps. He joined R.A.G.E. in order to get hold on the X-O armor for his corps [1]. He was apprehended by the intergalactic policeman Centaurian and brought to justice on Arisia [2].


Equipment: Citadel wore an armor containing various weapons. Being an armor for combat it must be assumed it also had some protective capability and presuambly also enhanced strength and flight capability like the Hard Corps armors.

Background notes: Citadel provided the introduction of Hard Corps in VH - 2. Toyo Harada being only a minor character in VH - 2 it would give little or no meaning to recreate the original H.A.R.D. Corps, which is propably why the corps was give a minor role and made into a group of armored aliens.
